Helmet requirement for Firebird?

Snell M is a motorcycle

Snell SA is an auto racing

The NHRA specifies a M, SA or SFI spec in the rulebook.

If it doesn't have those on the sticker inside the helmet I would not buy it.

Thank you Burntire. It does have Snell M2005 inside under the padding. It is a very nice helmet. It was used only a couple of times. It looks new. The gentleman that sold it to me said he got the helmets when he purchased his quads. But he sold the quads and the helmets have been in storage since then.

(BTW) If you know anyone looking for a helmet, he has one more left. It is in great condition. It has the sticker under the padding inside the helmet. It reads:
Snell M2005. He is asking 35.00 for it, but I think someone could get it for 30.00

Same here. Luckily I already had a good one from riding, your safety is worth it should something ever happen.

I still have my street bike helmet that i use when i go out to the track. I love the thing, cost me a pretty penny but so would brain surgery!
