    V6 Milage change

I dont know when the previous owner had changes the oil and the stock air filter is Black

What do you guys use for motor oil or recommend and what air filter for the stock intake. At the moment i don't have the cash for a K&N cold air but plan to someday. I have heard good things about valvoline and motorcraft.

Ive always used Royal Purple or Valvoline Synthetic, but if your car has over 20k and has run on conventional oil, its probably better to use a synthetic blend, all motorcrafts 5w20s and 30s are good blends and actually what Ford recommends...
