hey everyone just felt like sharing some pics of where i am in my 67 mustang build. just re did the entire engine and i drove it to my work last week. i started taking it apart to get it ready to be cut in , re assembled and painted. once thats done, the new front and back glass will be installed then its back home to do the interior. all thats left after that is a tune and new rims and tires. what do you think? 67 mustang copue, 289 v8, C4 trans, 8" rear all built up nicely to make my car....go fast. just got it running, still in the long process of restoring, but its worth every second.
Its funny how it can take months to save a ton of money for whatever i may need for the car, but only a few seconds to spend it....

the engine is a 66 block .30 over 289 , factory iron heads were completely re done with bigger valves springs and port/polish, 1.6 roller rockers, .512 lift crane camshaft, crane hardened push rods and guide plates, stock balanced crank, TRW forged pistons on stock rods. edelbrock 6500rpm intake, and an edelbrock 750 carb because that's what i had at the time. yea it takes the big ole 750 pretty nice. im prob gona switch to a 650 holley later on tho. lol

seems to be working just fine to me. i was skeptic at first too. i like it, its different. the company did one on a camaro and it worked great

Looks really nice! Makes me kick myself everytime I see a nice '67 coupe; I had the chance a few years back to pick up a cherry '67 coupe (one owner with a six), but I was too hell bent on finding a fastback to really see what I was missing out on.
