    New 331 stroker help

I just picked up a 88 gt and i am planning on taking the engine out asap to start my 331 build. I am a little new to mustangs so all of your guys input would be great. I plan on having about 350hp after my engine build and eventually putting a turbo on it. What would be the best set up for this to get the most out of this engine. I am planning on having everything be new and i know that new engine builds can get out of hand and you can rack up a bill pretty quick. I just want to know what to look for in my new engine and what to get.
