Here is my craigslist mustang
This is my 84 mustang. Might have seen it on craigslist with a package deal that also came with a 78 mustang cobra II. Saw a forum here about the 2 cars for sale on craigslist. Thats actually how i found this site. Well here ya go.
Well its got 83,000 miles on it now. Its so far have
List:
MSD 2F Coil
MSD 6A
Edelbrock F4B Intake
Hurst shifter
The car looked like this when i first got it.
So it took some time to get it road worthy. That means I new radiator( Didnt have one) New windshield, New rack and pinion. Wheels and tires. Then this is what it looked like:
.
Then i got it threw emission. and got it registered. then this is what it looked like. Have to put a hood on it so i can put the egr spacer in...
Now about 2 months of driving it, I brought it to a shop on base so i can use the lift to check the trans fluid. I got the bolt out, Then someone told me that the bolt is on the passenger side of the trans. So instead of pulling the right bolt out, i took the one for the fork inside the trans. So i got it home and had to pull the trans out and take it apart. Now the car looks like this.... I decided to pull the motor out also.
It was one filthy motor. Everywhere you touch, you get oil on your hands. Took a couple days to clean it. but its clean. Now just about a 1,000 busk later, It looks like this and wait for this stuff. Already installed are the ARP rod bolts, Got the rod resized, crank polished, new main bearings, cam bearings, rod bearings, moly rings,ARP oil driveshaft, millings oil pump.
and some D0 351 heads. But im tempted to just buy the E-Street heads or the windsor jr heads. or used heads. Got any?

that was me that posted that link, cool man. Looks like its lacking in the stereo dept. Let me know when you want to fix that as it came with a common ground system that if it was not bypassed correctly can be a pain to diagnose.
