Oil Seperators Work

Well I pulled my blower and was amazed how clean the intercooler was after 3 years. Very little oil on it. It was ugly when I pulled the eaton with no separator.






If you don't want to mess with unbolting the lower intake to remove the intercooler junction you can remove the inner accessory belt from the pulley in front on the intercooler then remove the pulley and mounting bracket. Only 3 bolts and no tilting the blower up to remove the intercooler front cap.
