well so far not so good....if you are putting these on a cobra with IRS it is going to turn out to be a little bit of work. these tires are a bit wider than the nittos so it rubbed really bad on the IRS bolt. i thought this was going to happen so i ordered the maximum motiorsport IRS bolts for better clearance last week, and they still rubbed pretty bad. so i tired the spacers i have and then the lug nuts only went on a few threads so i didnt trust them. so it looks like im going to have to put on longer studs tomorrow. then i will be able to tell you what i think.....but the tires look great ha!

if anyone else has any ideas let me know.

Lol. If you want to call that rubbing only some, then man do you have a vague definition of some.

Those damn wheels rub the side of the IRS and the bolt bad enough that I started to lower one side of the car for shits and giggles and there was so little clearance that the car practically started resting on the side of the tire...no bueno.

New studs in tomorrow so that he car run slicks at the track as well. These Toyo's look nice, but I'm honestly not expecting them to last nearly as long as Nittos as they are extremely soft. On the plus side they are about 1" wider than 315 nittos.

They aren't wider than the hoosiers are they? I have the LFP 3/8" spacers and they come with extended lug nuts that grab more of the stud. With the Hoosiers I had a little under 1/4" of space between the bolt and the tire. I have the stock irs bolts just ground down a very little, but even without that I'd have been fine.

When the car is on the ground you might get a little more clearance than when it's in the air.

Goodluck man, sucks when you run into unexpected issues like this.

sounds like you would be fine with what you have. it just barley clears with the 1/4 in. spacer that i have.

Wow that sucks man, goodluck getting it taken care of. Let me know what you think of them when you get a chance, I'm thinking about just settling with the MTs since I've always wanted to give them a shot anyhow.
