Definitely going to side with Bill on this one and say it's valvetrain related. I cannot think of a single thing transmission related that would cause that noise with no load on the transmission the way you are showing in the video. Mechanics stethoscope will be your best friend here as it has already been said. Hopefully it's nothing too bad, but something definitely doesn't sound so hot.
