They do look white white for sure. If you want a true test you are going to need to make a WOT pass then shut down and immediately pull a few plugs. Sometimes it takes a while to color the plugs the color that they are going to be.

You need to either get a custom tune from someone like RWTD or think about doing your own tuning like we do with the SCT PRP. Like Jeff said it's not that hard to learn but it certainly isn't for everyone. You can get a mail order tune and take the car to a dyno to see where you are regarding AF etc and for most of the people this works great.
