you should start now, these houses are going fast now, muliple offers on most of them especially if your going after the bank owned since there is no new construction in Gilbert, that is if you are planning on staying in Gilbert

Biggest problem for me right now is I don't have the time to dedicate to it right now. I will have a lot more free time soon.
