So im due for tags and need to know when is the cut off for emission testing. I have no cats. the car is a 69. i have a special plate that was the origonal made for the car. the first car owners name was Gladious "Glady" for short. After i have had it in the car for some time She has come to be know as Glady. There for i would very much so like to put the origonal plate back on. I just want to look into this before i go and waste money on something i dont want on there anymore ya know?

1968 and earlier are exempt unless you have collector car insurance then you do not have to get it done not matter what year car you have.. My 87, 89, 92 all have Grunday and no emissions for them..
