Just wondering has anyone purchased a Lennar built home. If so any issues etc? I'm looking to sign papers on a new built home in Avondale tomorrow or the next day. I got tired of looking at crap forclosures and finding nice ones and having them priced low to start a bidding war.

Check with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to see what outstanding complaints are held against them and whether they were resolved or not.

I had a gresystone home which is a lennar home and had no issues with it. I built it new as well and the process was great.

they are a pretty well know builder, one of the tops our company worked with for a while, ive work with some of the project managers and they keep a sharp eye on the homes as they are built, id give them a thumbs up

Ruckus what website are you doing a search with to find homes for sale?
