I was there last month and it was pretty good. Most cars hung out by the Jack in the Crack, but there were a few areas others parked.
Cool to just hang out and watch.
About four nice restaurants set up on the sidewalks and serve up some good stuff.

where is that i have never been over there but i will be in tempe is that anywhere close? im on 83rd and deervally so im on the other side of town

Just find Apache Trail(Main St) in Tempe and go east.. You won't miss it..
