Talk to eiu88gt or Tim from MPH about their gains switching to a TH-400.

I will wait to see your results. But mark my words, is you drop a half second, I will follow suit.

I would love to be running 10.0's with only an Eaton

Also there was heavy metal debris in the first lof that signify the thrust bearing was being pushed up against the main but we thought it was just break in debri so nothing was thought of it.

When the 400 was installed there was about 1/8th of an inch, personally I think the ultimate converter balloned and cause the start of the problem, the th400 ended it.

    Nothing like having a 1 of few 5.4, Y2k, th400 having 03 cobra's ;)
There are multiple people out there that have had thrust bearing failures using someones special bolt together converter. I have never heard of any issue with Lennys converters.

1/8 is on the tight side. 3/16 is what is recommended by rossler with a 3 speed. Maybe I will be using the starter plate after all.

Correct, if they had the aluminum billet hub, not the steel. I had a buddy wipe out 2 titanium rod having 392 SBC within 2 races due to that, but NC is convinced it's not the converters.

But as previously stated, I think think the problem originated with the lentech and ultimate and the first oil change signified it.
