Ok I messaged him and he told me this.

Server has 2 gig ram, 2-160 gig hds, 2 processors and only my clients on it.
it only runs at .02% of its capability.

    ANYWAY,
I'm out of this. Just wanted to help you out, doesn't matter to me, I donated regardless, but with the economy the way it is I thought saving all you can and still keep quality hosting would seem like a better call to me. Figuring HPS is a community so all members should try to help other members, I mean that's what a good clubs suppose to do.

This guy isn't a hosting company hes just someone I know personally that I thought could help you out and he would also make some money. Jason is top notch to me. His programming and knowledge is second to no one Ive known.

The server sounds great. The problem is the support. If I have an issue at 3AM realwebhost will usually reslove it within 30 minutes. I thought about it again and decided I am not moving the site.

    Thanks for the offer though.

An idea to make some money for the site hosting fees as it is starting to get hotter is to put on a huge, well organized and advertised car wash. We could ask some of the ladies from Hooters, and from some of “those clubs” down by Stage 3 to help out… sign holders, donation takers, car washers? Who better to get an excellent car wash from but from a bunch of Mustangs owners with major vehicle cleanliness OCD’s?
    Hooters Girls Yea! LOL

With the donations, sponsors, and reserves the 2009 bill is covered at this point.

If you ever think about moving it, I've always had good luck with 1and1. I had a dedicated server with them up until recently and never had any problems with support.

They appear to have a similar server for $69.99 per month which would be about $840 a year.

--EDIT: Just realized you said that you had a virtual server. The one above is a dedicated machine, not virtual. The virtual with similar specs (guaranteed 1GB of RAM, Burstable to 4. Burstable to 1GB would be even cheaper) are 3 months free and then $59 a month. That $531 for the year. It has Plesk, not cPanel though. Does that get me a case of beer???
