Need F250 Spare By Sat.

I just found out 5min ago that I have to drive to TX tommorow. I have been putting off getting a new key made for my spare and ofcourse it is a issue now.
The dealership told me a few weeks to get a key made for my truck, but I haven't done a thing about it and have needed a new key for weeks.

I m hoping to find someone with a used spare in decent shape that I can buy incase I have issues on my trip.

I don't want cut the cable because that is almost a 200$ part I'd have to replace, but I guess if i can't find a spare before I leave that is a option in case of a roadside emergency!
