Correct PCV Hose

Tried posting in the Vintage Mustang Forum but no one has responded yet. Maybe someone here would know. Trying to see where to find the correct pcv hose for a 65 mustang build on 10/29/64. The one currently on the car has a part # that starts with C6AZ-6A664-N. And that part can be found at Virginia Mustang and NPD. Is that the correct part or is there one that should start w/ C4 or C5?

I think it should be a C4 or at least a C5. Did you try calling Marti Auto Works? http://www.martiauto.com/index.cfm
