    Thanks Tac -
    What gauges are you adding?

That port - it came plugged like that.
I've read that you can use it for the coolant temp sensor when doing the PI swap.

Maybe that ports used in later years. I dont really know.

Bolted up the fly, clutch and bell tonight.

I need the pivot ball for the fork... gotta get that monday.

    Here's some Pix:

    Check out this flywheel:
It's heavy and looks strong as hell.

Ordered a pedal assembly to go with this, should be here Tuesday!!

Holy crap, the more pictures I saw the more I drooled. That thing is gonna be super fun when you finish it up. I need to beef up my rotating assembly as well. Got to prepare for boost! I have been tossing the idea back and forth between a new short block or just get a forged rotating assembly.

Wow....serious mods going on in here!

Tac2cul, that plug is also a drain plug and a 2v should have them too. The sending unit for a water temp gauge has the right pitch for the threads on the block.

Dalamar, you dont have to check the run out on the Lakewood? Do you have adjustable uppers to componsate if your pinion angle is off?

I'll be happy when it's all together!
It should run strong, and it's very ready for boost!

Shortblock or rotating?? It's a toss up.
The stock block can handel 1000 HP, you'll have to get it honed and assembled...

    Thanks Steve-O!

    Thanks man.
Are you talking about the shocks on the rear coil overs, or the bell housing??
I dont know how the bell would effect the pinion.
    Stock uppers are still on.
