What do you mean you don't have posi?

Your car has a limited slip differential.

Do both rear tires spin together?

If not the clutches in the rear are fried.

The Clutches in the differential are fried and will need replaced then you will have a double wheel peel.

If you are a daily driver a 3:73 gear is a good balance between additional performance and driveabilty on a 5 speed.

I dont think you will be happy with 4.10's since it is your daily driver. WOuld be fun but Id go 3.90 or 3.73s. Leaning towards the 3.73s
