I would not go to level 5's. I had tons of problems with them along with many others in the cobra community.

    Stick with the stockers.

    why is that??

i have been hearing alot of that. what kind of problems did you have? i snapped mine just crossing the street trying to beat a truck coming. almost hit me. how ever i have been to the track about 20 times in the last 2 years. i have another stock set coming that i was going to keep for back up. so level 5's aint worth the money?? good ! i didnt want to spend that much.

The problem is always with the level 5 wheel hubs. The bearings spin on the hub and destroy them.

When I had the IRS and stock half shafts I never had a problem on the street or at the track on ET streets or full slicks.

Wheel hope is the usual culprit to stock half shaft failure. Bias ply tires are the only way I would race at the track. No drag radials as they are prone to hop on a sticky track.

I have a bunch of timeslips in the 1.60 60ft range on stock half shafts.

I agree with the stockers but I thought that there were some new "stronger" level 5's that have taken care of the previous issues? I could be wrong, and I still wouldn't pay what they are asking for them.
