    Stroker kit for a 4.6?

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about stroker kits for the 4.6SOHC motor, and if anyone had access to any numbers for it.

Going big bore would be better.

+1 Plus I hear problems with the strokers like the stroke is too long and comes out from the piston valley or whatever you call it. Big bore would be the way to go to add cubes

Correct jsut get a bigger diamater piston, obviously you have to get the cylinder walls bored out but you will gain torque from it. If you search for a guy on SVTP names "nazman" he had a big bore "304" I believe and made good power on a 99 cobra n/a combined with fr500 h/c/i combo.

ive heard of big cooling problems with the BB kits. alot of guys are doing the 302 stroker in the 4.6's now without issues and the results arepretty good.320-350rwhp N/A

I would go 5.4 The extra 50 cubes is bound to be nice on the dyno.
