    WTF. I don't get what your talking about. I pulled the clip then a pair of pliers to remove the cable from the caliper.

    The first one's a bit tricky. I had to depress the spring mechanism, then pull the cable on mine. Every car is different though.

    I had to do the same, just didn't figure that out until a good 30 minutes of trying to pull it over the hook.

    Mine just pulls straight out. I have the easy one due to the amount of times I have to remove the rear end.
