Mileage Checkup

I just rolled 60,000 miles tonight and thought I would see were the rest of you are...

Little background on the car, I purchased new with 11 miles on the odometer (6 before my test drive) and have been pullied since 10K. To date I have only had two issues that would be considered warranty. First was the TOB retainer sleeve broke off at 26k miles and the second was I lost the alternator at 34K. The sleeve I replaced myself along with the clutch,however I had Ford replace the alt. Last dyno over a year ago showed I was putting down 480/470 to the rear wheels.

I have had four sets of tires and replaced the brakes once. So just curious as to where everyone else is at. If you can't tell I have hard time letting her sit in the garage.

sweet. im alittle over 15k. 3k on the new engine and 12k on my tranny. lots of mods and spray =)

Just rolled 24K on the black beast. Pullied since 5K and KB'd for a couple thousand. Tune has always been fat and I use 100-110 octane mixed with 91. The only beef I have is that I get smoke on start up but its just a plume, its not constant. This car has and always will be heavily modded and pushed to the limits. Gene

On occasion I will get the smokey start as well. Only happens after longs periods of heavy taffic when the a/c is on. Freaked me out the first time it happened, the track of all places, ended up not running and went home

my 98 just rolled 47k. good low milage in my opinion.

LOL .. got the car with 65000.. i just rolled 118200... im on my 2nd tran/2nd clutch/2nd motor...

I just rolled on 21k on the way to the FORD dealership for more warranty work.

Just a tad under 39K now.

Pullied since 12K, ported blower at 13K, and heads and cam since 17K. Gone through three sets of tires and did brakes all the way around at around 24K. The trans was ****ed since the day I bought the car so I rebuilt it at 11K, that was the only issue I've had with this car. Still on the stock clutch!
