With the recent release of the Fore Precision Works 99-04 Lightning billet fuel hat we now have a much easier solution towards building a stout fuel system for these trucks. No more drilling, welding or sealing a stock fuel assembly.

Since the Fore hat is a direct replacement, can house up to 3 Walbro GSS342 pumps as well as easily adapt to aftermarket lines, filter and rails even the beginner can set their truck up to handle the power of a 3.4L Whipple, Turbo or other twin screw setup.

Our good friend and well known tuner Kevin McDonald helped us out in test fitting this system on his personal truck so that we can package these systems up complete for anyone interested. Lethal Performance is proud to now offer our 99-04 Lightning/02-03 Harley Davidson Dual Pump Complete Fuel System. Our complete fuel system comes with everything you need from the back to the front. This is a major improvement over the stock fuel system of the lighting and will support big power. If you've got a 3.4L Whipple or Turbo setup you can feel more comfortable that you'll be supplying your engine with the fuel it needs. The fuel is delivered to the engine by 2 Walbro GSS342 pumps though the all new Fore Precision Works Billet Fuel Hat. Using aftermarket fuel lines, filter and rails the restrictions of the stock system are no longer an issue. Our fuel systems use top of the line lines and fittings from Fragola and are easy to work with. Top it off with an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, 10 Micron Fuel filter (100 Micon Optional) and Aeromotive High Flow Fuel Rails you've got the best of what the industry has to offer. Lastly, the Fore Precision Works Fuel Hat can house a 3rd Walbro GSS342 pumps so if you're building a monster you have the ability to add the 3rd pump for maximum fuel delivery!

Fore Precision Fuel Hat :
All new from Fore Precision Works is their 99-04 Lightning/Harley Fuel Hat manifold. The Lightning/Harley fuel hat can accommodate 2 or 3 Walbro GSS342 pumps so you have the ability to custom tailor your fuel system to your specific needs. The FPW hat is a direct replacement for your stock fuel assembly and still used the same OEM level sender to register fuel levels properly. All internal CNC machined fuel passages with o-ring interfaces means no more potential for blowing off hoses inside the fuel tank. Three pairs of permanently sealed upgraded 12 gauge wires for fuel pumps. Allows your high current GSS342 pumps to operate without losses from undersized OEM wires. No welding or caulk used in assembly or manufacturing. Full billet components use o-rings, OEM seals, and epoxy sealed through conductors. The Fore hats which we have available to us now will fit any 99-04 GT/Cobra/Mach-1 Tank. At this time there are not hats for previous model fuel tanks.
