LOL! stock parts I need in a hurry, please help

OK, I'm going to try to de-mod this thing before I get reemed by the ins. co. I need the following stock 03 cobra parts asap:

1) stock t56 shifter
2) stock injectors
3) stock maf
4) stock front brake calipers.
5) stock stereo head unit
6) 99-04 GT stock exhaust (long shot I know)
