Exhaust leak, tick, tick, tick, tick!!!!!

I can't seem to get rid of my exhaust leak. I have spent alot of time under the car and the header flanges are T-I-T tight, like with a 1/2" drive and a cheater bar tight.

I know its coming from the left side but just can't seem to get rid of it. Am thinking of taking it to an exhaust shop cause I am tired of playing the game. Any suggestions??

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR, this thing is really pissing me off. Just spent another 1/2 hour trying to just locate the damn leak. I pounded the mounting flange on the X pipe to the header collector (shorty's) and then retightened everything. As soon as I took it down off the jack stands it sounded better but once warmed up it comes back.......

HEY, what about a 1" inch impact turned up to 100 PSI!!!!!

Are you trying to find the leak? If you cover the exhaust tip you will be able to hear/feel the leak a lot easier
