    Just admit it!

Who has bailing wire anywhere on their car? Zip ties don't count cause they actually do a nice job for cable bundles........just good old fashion spool or fence wire?

none here either but I had a 65 stang that I had to hold up the exhaust just behind the right manifold up with a coat hanger after it popped out.

glad you asked. Get this. So my engine builder told me it was possible that the head gasket lifted on the dyno and then resealed. He said it happens especially when things get hot and overheated. I left AZDynoChip with my dyno sheet in hand that read 215 HP!!

In the following days driving the car around i noticed that it felt like it had a miss every now and again, but it never overheated again. I opened the hood last night to adjust my idle down and while doing that accidentally bumped one of the spark plug wires........saw about 6 blue flashes...... whats this I say. I shut it off and look at the wire. Its burned but not all the way through. Replaced the plug wire and this engine is a different animal.

I think that while driving around slowly everything ran fine, its just that when alot of wind came through the engine compartment it was blowing the plug wire against the header causing the miss.

Soooooo, I gotta say, this thing flat out moves. I am still trying to get used to shifting the TKO. Little more practice and I want to get it to the track to thrash on it.

Seriously no one else has bailing wire on their car? Hmmmmm, must be a Kansas thing!!
