Welcome to HPS Sir Charles. Have you checked in with the People at the Mustang Depot, NE corner of Sunset and Eastern (Just off the east end of the runways of MaCaren)? They know what is going on with the Las Vegas Mustang crowd.
You could check out Flagstaff Route 66 days Sept 5-7. There will be lots of Mustangs up from Phoenix for that one.
