    Ignition Coil.

Right now, I have the stock ignition coil. What will be the best after market coil for my 1993 mustang 5.0? I would like to improve my spark even more.

Unless your making crazy horsepower a stock Ford coil is best!

Wow. Didn't know that. I guess thats the same rule that is applied to spark plugs. Motorcraft copper plugs are recommended even for optimum performance and gas mileage. I've heard that 5.0's are allergic to platinum plugs. So, the same goes for coil?

I went with an MSD Blaster Coil for my Stang its working great. Go for it if you don't plan on a digital high end ignition for a while.

Unless you have a shitty Ignition System you wont notice much from Ignition upgrades in my opinion. Unless you max out you stock capabilities.

I thought about this post this afternoon while watching the power block on spike. MSD is supposed to be offering some money back on their coils, it said to check out their site for details.

I did mine in an attempt to help with burning fuel in my rich running motor. And its not like its making things worse.
