    In my 5.0's I run a 160 thermostat because once they get over 200 it's hard to cool them down in the summer at all. Now mine are original motors with high miles and you could also use water wetter it cools about 15-20 cooler that standard stuff and what the guys said above about your fan, make sure its pulling the air through!!

    My 5.0 that I used to have and love used to also get hot in the summer time. I put a 180 thermastat in and that was better but what seemed to work on my cars was a 4 core radiator and a flush at the start of the summer. But I never seemed to get the car perfect especially with the AC on.
