    4.6 SOHC Heads on a 5.4 SOHC short block

    I came across a 5.4 engine for a good price, and I want to know if the 4.6 and the 5.4 SOHC heads are interchangable. Does anyone know?

    Yes. The heads are the same. Cams may be slightly different tho I am not sure.

    So some fox lake heads would bolt on to a 5.4? also, how much more does a 5.4 weight that the 4.6?
