    dont take my idea but i wanted to sell my whole life on ebay... house, cars, lawnmower, clothes, furniture, even the dog for the right price. for only 10k i think ill keep the kidney though. with my luck they'll try to say something is wrong with it and want a refund.

    Well, going 5 lug really does not matter, just gives more wheel choices but the brakes are important. I had a 93 back in 94 with the standard for the day bolt on parts and I know from experience that one slow down from 120 to 40 will get the brakes smoking and hardly working. The cobra's come with decent brakes but could always use better pads. I'm not much of a drag racer but I like the mountain roads so the brake department is important to me. Do you have 500 hp with the drums in the back?

    yup... and it sucks. i agree with you... i just never had the funds for quality brakes. its not by choice.

    I checked out coral.net and the do have some decent rides for the range I am looking.

    Sounds like stang boy needs to upgrade the brakes. Since I am passing on the ZO6 and keeping the Termi I am thinking of upgrading mine as well.

    yes i will if i ever get around to it... and... if i can bear to spend my loot on stuff to NOT make my car faster..LOL! seriously though... the brakes are really at thier limit. i realized it at the track when i could barely slow down at the end of the 1320. at island dragway in nj there is a turn when you exit. i though i wasnt gonna make it... then i smelled that oh so familiar smell of clutch slippage... only it was the brakes.

    btw... there is no comparison between a zo6 and a terminator. and its not all just about performance... its also about attitude. id pass up a vette for a mustang any day.
