A friend of mine wants to do a T56 swap in his 04 Mach1. He also want the aluminum drive shaft. We know about the 31 spline output shaft and brace but is there anything else we need? Heard something about the reverse lock out.

My friend is looking at the FRPP T56 and aluminum drive shaft. Steve @ Tousley said we will need the 31 spline yoke if it's for the tranny or diff. That's why I started this thread so we can get answers. We are here in Germany so there is no NAPA or Autozone and we are trin to order all the (correct) parts once. So any advice and pointers will be appreciated.
I am not sure about this one, but I never heard of a 31 spline output shaft on a Ford T-56.
I have a Viper Spec and it is a 30 spline.
I know some corvettes have 31 splines.
03/04 cobra has a 27 spine output shaft.
You may want to get in touch with these guys as they are T-56 experts.
