Im looking to upgrade from the ported eaton but I love how she wines like a *****, I have had my eye on the 2.3 Whipple or KB equivalent. Are they loud or quite? Lemme know

Your Eaton will be louder than the Whipple but the KB 2.2 will be about as loud if not louder. The other Kenne Bell/Whipple blowers are not as loud, that is because they are more efficient superchargers, but if you spin them quick enough you'll definately hear them.

How much of a hp increase will you see going to the KB/whipple over the ported eaton?

I had a Stage IV ported Eaton for a while with a 2.8 upper pulley, then went with Whipple (they sponsored me) and have been extremely happy. It is loud when I get into boost, but normal driving it is quiet like stock. Except for the sound of my exhaust. I get a ton of compliments on how well my car sounds.
We have done KB mods to cars as well, but they don't produce the HP as advertised.
If you want a great sound, I recomend the Procharger kit or Twin Turbo. I love the Procharger sound.

i dunno, my stage 4 port screams like a mofo. from what i have heard on the aftermakret blowers, kenne bell is the loudest in the screamer category...
