    Hi boys,

Sorry for being away for such a long time, but I had some problems that I had to resolve.

First pictures are not so good, but I forgot my camera at home ....

This is my 16-valve head - full port and polish, combusion chamber had been remastered, all sharp edges and hot spots had been removed for better combusion and to avoid detonations.

    All valves in their places.

Exhaust valve guides had been shortened. We did a lot of work on the intake side because of merged ports.

The new MLT gasket in place.

Guess who is the nhappiest man in the world! Me, of course!

Here are some pictures of better quallity. We drop the car in my garage in this shape:

We found this mesh .... I was a little bit stressed and confused and asking myself "Who will manage to remove all these wires".... My beloved wife!

The hard work began. Firstly I tried to install the exhaust manifold, just be sure that there is enough free space behind the engine block.

I wanted to install the turbo at once... no way, I had to remove both turbine and comressor housings. Firstly I installed turbine housing, then the CHA and finally the compressor housing. It was OK.

Some of you have seen my intercooler parts ..... That was my intercooler some time ago.

And this is the intercooler now:

    Nice work, I like it.

Next step was to remove the front fans.

They were placed at front of the radiators that was not good idea at all. I decided to place new onec behind them.

This is the front frame before Judjment Day.

Then I fixed the intercooler just to have idea where to place it.

    I was limitted from above

So I decided to remaster the whole front frame generally.

This is how it looks like ... I installed the radiators too in order to chek for free space.

    Now it is much better!!!

There was enough space behind the cooling radiator so new SPAL fans will fit there.

    More or less looks fine.

Later on I started installing turbo pipes.

    First try looked like that:

I was out of silicone hoses so I went to the closest store .... damned, why all tuning parts in Bulgaria are much more expensive compared to the USA?!

I had to rearrange the pipes after the turbo:

Than started playing with the cold pipes.

Turbo paths were a little bit changed:

Now I had to choose how to fix the intercooler. So I got this allien:

Now I need one 135 degrees and one 150 degrees bends, most probablly I will do that on Monday.

... Than there will be more pictures.

Very nice! Looks like you have to be pretty good at improvising with the parts available to you in Bulgaria. The only exposure we get to Peugeot in the states is on Top Gear.
