I blew the motor in the Lightning!!!!!!! It makes me so happy I could just SCREAM . I don't have the money for a motor and don't want to dig myself farther into debt on the CC's so its gonna stay that way for a little bit.

So here is the story. Put the 6lb lower on the truck (average pulley for L's) and took it to Keith at Arizona Dyno chip. They installed the lower, and put it on the dyno. Truck made 5 WOT runs. Max timing on the last run was 16.5 degrees. A/F was 11.3 on the final 2 runs and fatter on the previous 3. It was pulling timing up top of 3rd due to high IAT2 temps and figured we need to clean the intercooler. Lightnings are very notorious for pushing ALOT of oil through the PCV system and into the intercooler then burning thus clogging it. Start it back up and uh oh there is a pretty serious rod knock. Drove it home (somehow) and sits for a couple days. Today Graham took it into school and hooked it up to the machine there and confirms that it is lower end related. I will get him on here either tonight or tomorrow to go into more detail.

I can get an OEM Longblock from Ford for 3300 shipped. Gotta decide what I want to do.
