how hard is it to put in the input shaft in the trany

Not hard at all. I would upgrade the sleeve while your in there.
Take tranny out
Remove front cover
Out comes the input shaft
Tap out the sleeve and tap in the new one.
Install new input shaft
Put front cover back on
Check end playSold
