    centerforce dual friction clutch kit

    so yeah, it doesn't come with a throw out bearing. Dough!!!!

    dude my cars been down for 3 weeks the new t-56 was supposed to be here today but it wassn't. so i spent 180.00 for next day shipping on my clutch and flywheel for pretty much no reason. (the throwout bearing thing was just the icing on the cake lol, im pickin up one tomorrow from the ford dealer ) but yeah i wanted to make it to the track this friday but its not lookin to good.

    yeah the transmission came in today so i'm hoping it'll be back together by tomorrow
