    Intstalling 04 heads?

Can anyone tell me what a ballpark figure would be on labor for this job?
I blew a plug out of my head.

its about $1200 in labor and new head gaskets r about 300 and you will need new head bolts or just get arp head studs FTW

I had this exact same thing happen to me a year ago. Get the heads from Steve @ Tousley ford...he's cheap and fast. (E-mail FORDSVTPARTS@HOTMAIL.COM or at 1-800-328-9552 ask for Steve) Dan at Performance Solutions can order them up for you from him as well. Have the cooling mod installed at the same time while you're at it.

As long as you don't have any piston damage that 1200 is well spent at PSR- they'll do it right. (2ND2Nunn works there)

on the 4 thread heads all you need to do is over torque the plug a little, or not torque it enough, and it blows them right out...
