Uncle Sam's has some tasty Honey-Hot wings, but their central-Phoenix location is kinda ghetto. The one they have on the west side is pretty solid, though.

Other than that, Buffalo Wild Wings for flavor selection and number of locations.
Barro's Pizza also has some great wings!
