    New Tire Recommendations

I'm hoping to have PSR build my rear end sometime within the next couple of months and am tossing around the idea of throwing on some 17x9's in the front and 17x10.5's in the rear to help keep some traction with the 4.10's I am going to put in the car. I need to get new tires anyways since my current ones are getting very worn and are really dried out so I thought what a perfect time it would be to splurge on some FR500 replicas. So what would be a good tire to throw on these things given that I plan to hit Firebird up once or twice a month? In the front all I want lifespan out of the tires are about 20k miles, if they last longer, great. In the rear, I want about 10k miles out of them or better. I'm looking for tires that won't break the bank and take away from my rear end build so anything over $200 a tire is out of question. Any suggestions?

I've had a few suggestions to try those. Any idea who stocks them the cheapest?

the nitto is definetly a good street tire. not the greatest at the track, but will make you happy on the street.

Right now I'm looking for something that will be great on the street and hopefully a decent improvement over typical street tires at the strip. Eventually I will get something to throw on the rears for the track, but I'll probably save that until next winter. I've got to get rid of these Bridgestone Potenza's on my car because they are all old, the fronts have maybe another 1000 miles of useful service life, and they look really dry given the cracks seen in the treads. Looks like I'm going to be giving PSR a call really soon
