    Spacers for Prostars

I was wondering if anyone had spacers or were to get them so I could put my skinnies on my car. Also Would I have to get extended studs. I wasnt sure since the lug nuts on the prostars go into the wheels.

I havn't put them on yet, but I have the 3.5 ARP studs with the Pro Star Lugs. I will let you know how it works when I get around to it. The Lugs are real long.

I did a little research on the studs. Looks like Baer makes a set that fits the front without any drilling of the stud holes.

If you already have them drilled then I believe you would need standard ARP studs.

After reading all this stuff I am ready to put GT brakes on the front.

Tony I am doing a little more research on this.

Do your studs protrude past the end of the wheel?

er, maybe by 1/8 inch. my problem is the amount of the stud that sticks through the lug. only comes up to the bottom of the nut. bascially it fills the shank with nothing actually coming through the nut..

I just did a test fit and see the same thing.

I posted a question of MF about it. I know people run this setup, but I don't feel it is safe unless the stud protrudes into the nut section a distance equal to the diameter of the stud. That is the NHRA rule.

Do you have the open end lugs?
