Just a reminder the next meeting is March 5th at the Cracker Barrel at 93rd ave and Glendale at 6:30pm. Park on the West side of the building...
Going back reading this entire thread, Im STILL bugged I missed out on the "genesis" of this. But, it helps me get a grip on how things started. Im surprised to see how "new" some of the members are. Now that show season is here, things are going to get moving. Im excited.
"Im STILL bugged I missed out on the "genesis" of this."
How do you mean? Like more imput at the start or what?
I mean technically this will be our "3rd" actual meeting despite us meeting 3-4 times late last year. So that kinda accounts for the "new" members. I actually consider or meetings last fall to be more of a meet, greet and what the hell do you want to do meetings...
Just being there from the beginning. Im anal like that. I dont like missing out on things or not knowing whats happening. And I guess its that I was "around" but didnt know what was up. I saw you at the GCC show. Were you at the Sanderson show as well? All I knew was, "Hey, that dudes car is bad azz". And then not getting in on the game sooner when Tricked Ponies happened. Its like walking in on a movie 15 mins after it started knowing that if you had only turned the TV on sooner you wouldnt have missed anything. But, Im here now, so it is what it is.
Better late than never I always say, and I'm with you, this is going to be a great year of friends, cars, and carshows.

I am up for the fun! I think that Wild West Mustangs fill's a need for a club on the west side and that is a good thing. I feel as though we are still comming in on the ground floor here. The members that are already involved are very kool and the more members the more fun and the more events that can happen.
Kenny I was going to ask you the other day (but I forgot) who actually started Wild West?

That would be. . .me. Actually I pulled the cute little girl :) (she would hate me saying that) Rox in with me, and with her energy we started pulling cars and good people together. As you said, it's a solid group that likes to do things...that's always a good begining.
Al I see what you mean and yeah that makes sense...I look forward to your ideas and you all can anticipate me handing out some assignments and appointments. :)
KEV.. . welcome back! Or are you writing from a Glacier?
