You should be able to buy just that piece. Easy to replace as well.
That 'piece' is the rear diff mount bushing. Looks like the front mount bushings could've helped break that. Of course, that's where the diff brace won't help you. I didn't want to chance the mount bushings being soft on mine, so I put in MM's aluminum mount bushings AND a brace. Of course, I bought both the same day and bought the brace before talking to MM. They told me that I didn't need the brace, if I was going to use their aluminum bushing kit. If you need help installing it, a friend and I installed it in like 6 hours. Not the whole day, like MM's instructions say. Having a friend with a lift is nice.
The parts are around $250 for the bushing kit. PM me, if you need help. Don't bother putting in any urethane bushings, they'll only deform (just not as soon as the stock ones.
