New2AZ -looking4 garage space to finish building FFR Cobra (pics)

New Member - First Post.

Does anybody have any suggestions about where I could lease some garage space in the Chandler/Phoenix area?

I'd consider renting an apartment if I could find one with a 2+ car garage.
I'd also consider renting a house if it wasn't too far away from my job in Chandler.

A tall ceiling & a 220 Volt electrical hookup for my welder would be great but not a necessity.

A commercial property would work best as long as the price was right. I still have a mortgage I'm paying back in Michigan, so it's critical that I can afford the garage space along with my apartment, my mortgage back in Michigan, car/garage moving expenses, and not to mention a few more auto parts!

My eyes and ears are open!
I'm not too familiar with the area, so
Where should I start looking?
Are there any areas I should avoid?
Other Suggestions?

That would be ideal, but I'd settle for a place without living quarters.

I haven't had any luck with Craigslist.com (yet)
Any other suggestions???????

How long are you planning on working on the car? I have space in my three car garage.
