I have been flying into PHL since 92 and it was a mess then regardless of which airline you fly on.

I was in Tulum, flew in and out of Cancun.

And OH YEAH, F US AIR!!!

ROTTEN BASTARDS CANCELLED MY CONNECTING FLIGHT OUT OF PHILLY AT 8:40 LAST NIGHT AND SAID 10:45 TONIGHT WAS THE EARLIEST THEY COULD GET ME TO PITTSBURGH. TOLD THEM TO F THEMSELVES AND RENTED A CAR A DROVE HOME FROM PHILLY AT 10:30 LAST NIGHT AND THEY STILL CAN'T TELL ME WHERE OUR LUGGAGE IS!!!

You need to switch to another airline so I can really wish the go out of business forever!

Was trying to get flight changed thru CLT but non english speaking gate agent was no F'ing help and flight was full by the time she understood english.

I'd just try to jump out over Pittsburgh if I were you. Philly airport is full of the dumbest most unhelpful people you will ever meet. I'm still waiting to see if my luggage will show up today.
