Thats the hard way. I needed the bottom 2 out for sure. I just said to pull them all. I don't want to have to go thru that crap multiple times. My bottoms were a mother F-ER to get out. Took an extra hour. They had to be broken into pieces and the roots drilled out. But it didn't hurt other than the shots.

hmm..i dunno. from what i have heard about all four, and with how mine have been, i don't think its been too bad. the first day sucks, but after that, all i had to do was eat on one side of my mouth. oh, and don't forget no straws of cigarettes for 3 days! that was the easy part.
