Moved to Flagstaff approx 3 yrs ago from the bay area. NCal guy ready for a better livin. Have not really made any mustang contacts other than some of the old route 66 clubs. Great guy's and all but the technology is very different as are the times. I 2000 I had my 96 completely rehauled with what is pretty standard by todays technology. Balanced and blueprinted blower motor, Vortec SQ2 with CP Pistons with Manley rods, Stage 1 on the heads. Dropped compression to 8.5:1, upgradded tranny to 99 specs. Ford racing ceramic coated headers, Bossini x pipe, stage 2 flow masters. Subframes, MaxMotor grip box with 5 way Tokiko, Inside is simple with Autocross 4 point bolt in, Procar race seats and RCI 5 point quick release harness. Car makes 490 RWHP 460tq (very light tune) , thats at 11 lbs boost. Motor speced to 30lbs. Never raced, actually only drive Approx 1500 mi per year. Car sat in storage for 2 yrs while going thru divorce. I'm not a true gear head but want to learn and enjoy the process.Hopefully, at the end of it I will have made some good friends. So if and when there is a gathering, drop me a line.
