My 99SS is a 6-speed stock LS-1 with 4.10 gears and Nitto DRs

This is my last day a the track for 2006 and the cool air presented more
problems with my tune and lack of hook than it gave me an advantage with HP

My best of the day was 3 13.3's and this the the second one I got on the 4th pass

the air was good that day, proly around 200ft DA at our 603ft track, the rest of the stuff is on the timeslip that is included in the movie.

I was babying the original clutch, short times were soft 2.0-1.9

300 hp and 3675lbs? I just had to take what the DR's were givin that day, it was like my 10th pass in that car ever. Just trying to learn a bit about the car before wailing the livin crap out of it. I was having trouble getting used to the hydraulic clutch, it doesn't keep up as well and has a slight lag compared to a heavy sprung cable clutch. I think for the weight, tires and HP, 12.9's were possible, I ran 3 13.0's but on this particular day the track was cold so the good air wasn't helping the fact you couldn't get any grip. That and the fact my tune was pulling timing on me and I didn't know why until later.
