Road trip??

I had to take a little trip to pay a really old fine in Globe earlier this week. The whole time driving there I kept thinking, what a really cool ride this could be as a Mustang cruise.

You get to see some really scenic/historic things and the roads are nice, the scenery is awesome and even has a few little twisties.

So I was thinking maybe one Saturday or Sunday we take a trip up towards Superior/Miami/Globe to Showlow back down 260 west to Payson to Phoenix.

There are a few route changes we could make to either make it longer or shortest.

Here is a little tourist type map to look over.

Any interest? What are your thoughts and when do you think we should do this??

I like poking around Globe. Have you ever done the home tour? The flea market at the school was the best small town display of old goods around. As long as we go before it gets too hot.

We've been talking about this on my site. Still trying to nail down a date. Im thinking a Sunday would be better. I also know it will still come down to a select few that will do this.

We have decided on a date for a fun road trip thru Miami Globe to Showlow, 4-14-13 please help us spread the word!!!

For the West side and North Valley crew we will meet at Costco at CaveCreek and the 101 or 2450 E. Beardsley Rd, we will begin meeting at 8:30am and we will leave on the nose at 9am.

We will update this once we determine where the eastside meetup will be.

Dave we would appreciate it if you would help us get the word out to CMC people.
We hope everyone would come out for this, if this does not fit peoples schedule we are sorry, we just had to set a date and begin the plan. We already know a few of us are going come hell or high water.

ANYONE PLANNING TO GO PLEASE MAKE US AWARE SO WE CAN HAVE SORT OF A HEAD COUNT.
